5 Concierge Onboarding Ideas for Your Membership Site

Giving your new members a concierge onboarding experience to your membership site is a great way to make a first impression and “wow” them right from the beginning.

But maybe you’re unsure of how to give your new members a greater connection to you without filling up your already crowded calendar.

Here’s five ways to give custom, feel good onboarding in efficient bite-sized pieces:

Use MemberVault’s native quiz question feature to gather detailed information about your members. What better way to make a great first impression and ask a few in-depth questions to really get to know your audience? Catalyze their connection to you from the start for greater membership site retention, while at the same time doing deep dive market research to know what content to create to directly address their needs and concerns.
[Advanced] Use your Email CRM’s merge tag fields to automate the customization of content to your members. Just search for “personalization tags” (that’s what Active Campaign calls them) or “merge tags” (that’s what MailChimp calls them).
